Project Leadership Training

This course is designed to give Project Sponsors and Business Owners the skills they need to lead projects to a successful conclusion.

Aimed at Senior Executives who have responsibility for projects with budgets of £1,000,000 or more, the course has proved popular In the last twelve months over 60 individuals from 12 oragnisations have attended.
