We are best known for our industry surveys, many of which have been carried out in association with the world’s leading financial services organisations and covering such topics as:

In addition to our surveys we have also carried out a number of confidential benchmarking exercises. These initiatives, which usually focus on a specific functional area are sponsored by one organisation and involve up to half a dozen others, using our network of client contacts for maximum effect and mutual benefit.

Another area of focus is around service quality. Our 2009 survey looked at perceptions of the quality of service provided by solution vendors. As well as allowing us to acknowledge the market leaders, the results gave us a unique insight into the perceived strengths and weaknesses of the leading suppliers.
