The CityIQ Project Management Community

 

CityIQ Communities are focused industry forums designed to allow members to exchange ideas and share information. Attendees benefit from:

  • Superior networking opportunities
  • The chance to discuss a range of topics with like minded individuals
  • The opportunity to focus in on a topic of particular interest to members 
  • The opportunity to learn from other industry professionals 
  • A chance to share experiences and best practice.

The Projects Community is now in its fourth year. There are currently ten member organisations that meet on a quarterly basis. Recent topics have included:

  • Resource planning & time management
  • Managing Scope
  • The pros and cons of Agile
  • Stakeholder Management

To celebrate the start of Year 4 - the Projects Community will be holding an "open session" on 24th January. Non-members are welcome to attend. See our events page for more information.
